Mahaiwe Chiropractic and Holistic Services Announces a New Health Care Delivery Service:
Firstline Therapy
October 2008
Over the last 2 years I have experienced two “practice epiphanies” that have fundamentally changed the way I think and practice on a daily basis. These realizations are about health care trends among both children and adults and have helped deepen my mission to best serve our community and to change some dangerous trends in our health as a nation, as well as our local community. To that concern, we announce the introduction of our new health care delivery service called "Firstline Therapy" to better serve you in your quest for health and well-being for you and your family.

Announcing CHILD
Treatment and Consulting Services
by Lawrence Bronstein, DC
I am extremely excited to announce the creation of CHILD Treatment and Consulting Services. I am teaming up with Deborah Golden Alecson for the purpose of educating and empowering local families with the treatments and approaches utilized in the integrative healthcare model.
Our mission is to help and support those children with cognitive, behavioral, and health challenges by using traditional interventions, integrated special education services, along with biomedical approaches. We offer dietary and nutritional counseling, enzyme therapy, chiropractic, applied kinesiology and the BioSET™ health system for allergy support. Our approach and involvement in a child's care augments, but does not replace standard and appropriate pediatric and medical evaluation and care.

Autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) were once considered psychiatric in nature. The latest research has brought forth evidence that ASDs are physiological and biochemical disorders that involve gastrointestinal, immunological, and infection-related issues. (1)

Waking Up To Our Surrounding Health
January 2008
The communities we live in, our home, and our work environment may have much more to do with our health, throughout our lives, than we would like to admit. And many large corporations like it that way and have gone to great efforts and money to make sure we stay in the dark.
