Many of our patients choose to work with us virtually. For those who
are new to our services, or have not been under care for quite awhile,
we offer a free initial phone consultation, to determine if our current
services are appropriate for you. Simply contact us by clicking on the
Contact Us button below or phone (413-248-1366).

If you are ready to make an appointment online,
click on the Request Appointment button below.
You will be able be able to book appointments and pay for services online.

Since this software is new to us
follow the instructions for new clients (not existing clients)
until you register for the first time.

Once you make an appointment, you will be sent an email link to your Client Portal. There you will have access to your appointment schedule, billing and other info. You will also be asked to fill out some forms. This is to make sure that all of your information is up to date. In addition, if you will be using your phone or a tablet, you will need to follow the instructions to download the Telehealth app. You do not need to download the app if you will be using a laptop or desktop computer.
