HOW TO ORDER SUPPLEMENTS

Due to security and fraud protection we can no longer post our registration codes for ordering supplements on our website. In order to order recommended supplements please contact Dr. Bronstein for specific registration codes and account #'s for the companies listed below, before trying to order. All other specific instructions (with links) for ordering per company are listed below.

We utilize several companies to get the variety of supplements our patients need. We caution you that you may find some of these on Amazon more cheaply, but many of these vitamins are repackaged, inferior or out of date goods. We do not recommend them.

- Call 800-851-5444 directly to order or order online.
- Go to: https://www.nutriwest.com/patient-connect
- Click on Create Patient Connect. Use distributor code obtained from Dr. Bronstein.
- Fill out the form with your information and use [email protected] as the provider email address. Click Submit.
- This will send an email to us for approval. Once approved (this may take a few days), you will receive an email with a password to activate your account. Once you login you can set up a new password and place an order.
- Go to https://my.standardprocess.com/Patient-Direct/patient-registration
- Approve the terms of service and enter our code given to you by Dr. Bronstein.
- Complete the application & then reply to the verification email sent to you.
- This will send us an email to verify you are a patient ( once again may take a few days). Once we approve the account you will get another Email with a link allowing you to place an order.
